A 46-year-old woman’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening Wednesday evening after she was struck by a bus at the Baseline Transitway station over the rush hour, police said.
Roads were reopened and the cause of the collision was under investigation by west-end patrol officers.
The pedestrian was struck at about 5:14 p.m. at the station opposite Algonquin College and rushed to the regional trauma centre at the Civic campus of The Ottawa Hospital with multiple injuries.
